Synedra Coleman is an advanced practice nurse, visionary healthcare leader, and founder of Velaisance Aesthetics & Wellness—a luxury destination where clinical expertise meets sacred self-care.

With 25 years of healthcare and perioperative experience as a Registered Nurse and Surgical Technologist, including more than five years in operating-room nursing leadership, Synedra brings an exceptional foundation in clinical safety, surgical care, patient advocacy, and evidence-informed practice to every Velaisance experience.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics and is completing the final requirements for her Doctor of Nursing Practice. Her advanced practice education, CNOR certification, and extensive healthcare leadership experience have shaped her commitment to clinical excellence, health equity, and culturally responsive care.

Velaisance grew out of Synedra’s belief that clients should never have to choose between clinical excellence and an elevated, restorative experience. Through curated aesthetic treatments, IV hydration, wellness services, weight-management support, and concierge care, Velaisance helps clients look refreshed, feel restored, and move through life with renewed confidence.

Known as The Nurse Alchemist, Synedra brings warmth, intention, and clinical discernment to every client encounter. Her approach recognizes that genuine transformation is not created by appearance alone; it begins with feeling seen, supported, informed, and empowered throughout the care journey.

Synedra also creates and hosts The Nurse Alchemist Podcast, a thoughtful exploration of aesthetics, wellness, identity, personal evolution, and the intersection of science and sacred self-care.
